The alkaline spraying coating used in tundish is a necessary material to replace the insulating plate for high efficiency continuous casting. It has good coating and adhesion to the lining. During baking and using, it does not crack or peel off. It can reduce nonmetallic impurities in molten steel. Residual layer is easy to remove after use. Continuous casting time (10-20) hours, long continuous casting time for more than 25 hours, to ensure the normal production of continuous casting steel.
