        JR coating has the characteristics of good adhesion, strong burst resistance, corrosion resistance, peeling resistance, and not easy to react with masterbatch. Especially, Mg and Mg-Ca tundish coating can reduce the pollution to molten steel, and the continuous casting time has been greatly increased. The service life of the tundish has reached more than 35 hours, which has reduced the production cost for steel plants and has been successfully applied in steel plants.
